For this phase of your project, you will describe the form of business and financing structure of your chosen publicly traded firm.

In a 3 - 4 page paper, address the following:

• Include a description of the debt financing in which the firm has engaged and the equity financing in which the firm has engaged. The company's annual report may be useful.
• A one page description of the business.
• Use Rasmussen's Library to find related articles and include them in your reference section.
• Be sure to title the paper.
• Keep in mind that this is a research paper; and, as such, should be informed by your research articles.
• Be sure to include APA citations to support your assertions
