Submit the Final Research Paper: the title page, setting description, statement of problem, the literature review and references.

The Research Paper must include:

Cover page

Statement of Problem or Situation (1 long paragraph)

Setting Description (2 pages)

Literature Review (5-7 pages) -  A review of the literature is a critical summary of each article.

Reference page

The paper should be a review of the articles or materials for their contribution towards:
- further understanding of the topic selected,
- their relevance, and
- reference to other previous articles or studies on that matter.

Also a DP

• Read Chapter 6 of the textbook. In week 1 Discussion Forum, you mentioned 3 issues in your current workplace. Describe the diagnosis, intervention and program management for one of the issues at your work. Remember to only pick one issue. You learnt about the process in chapter 6.
