2 to 3 pages resaerch

 i actully want 2 to 3 pages resaerch paper about tracking, specifaclly tracking the diet routin. but in the begining i want defination about tracking in general and also to mention that this is simple tracking comparing to other tracking as stalite and animales etc... because i am adding this to a 20 pages resaerch paper that talks about more than three deffreant way of tracking!
