Instructions:  The concept of "pride and joy" in one's work-and its impact on quality-is a founding principle of the philosophy of W. Edwards Deming. Deming, along with Joseph M. Juran and Philip B. Cosby, are regarded as the founding fathers of the total quality management (TQM) movement (see Chapter 2). This week you are to write a research paper comparing and contrasting the philosophies of these three "management gurus."  From among the three (3) philosophies, which approach would you recommend to top management, and why? Explain your rationale and support your choices through outside peer-reviewed research..
