150 word discussion.  Based on what you read and your analysis of Lockheed, could you argue that Utilitarian Theory said another way is simply a case of the ends justifying the means?   If so, and if a positive end is achieved via the applied means, then what's wrong with bribes...after all, if I'm in business why should I care if the competition has a level playing field?
