As I was reading your insightful statement, I thought about the politics (yes politics, even in the hospitals!!!) played in clinical meetings. Most of the meetings are held during day shift (7-3) during the upper managements are on duties. Some cases, the subject matter is pertaining only evenings and nights shift, the meeting is held during day shift. Most of these staffs are not able to attend due to inconvenience of meeting time. How the practical solutions and suggestions could come if the suggestions and ideas did not come from the people who actually experiencing the problems??

 

In my opinion, the end-users are as important if not more than super users. What is the super-users?
