15 pages evaluation of Grand Strategy of Ottoman Empire during World War I

This paper will be a case study of why and how strategy of Ottoman Empire during the WWI was developed.  The paper will evaluate the case in terms of the historical context when the strategy was developed, the key players involved, the strategic choices that were available, what decisions were reached and why, and how effective (or not) the strategy was in actual execution. Special names and events are importnant to be mentioned. And, numbers of soldiers, deaths, army situation, special weapons used by both sides are important. In addition, the situation of the Ottoman Empire before the war and after the war is really important.

THIS PAPER IS NOT A KIND OF HISTORY PAPER. THE PAPER SHOULD STRICTLY EVALUATE THE GRAND STRATEGY OF OTTOMAN EMPIRE AND THE WORLD WAR I EVENTS.

The paper should be in Times New Roman, 12 font with 1.5 line spacing. Paper should be at least 14 pages and tables and references page won't count against the page limit.
