1)Are elected or appointed government leaders and judges "employees"?

2)Arizona law requires state Judge's to retire at the age of 70.  Should a similar law be passed to prevent Legislators, Governors, and Presidents form continuing to serve pas the age of 70?  Why or why not?  Take a look at past examples of elderly men and women in these positions; did age compromise their ability to serve?

3)How strong are the checks and balances within the Arizona state government? Should powers of any of the three branches be strengthened or weakened? Why or why not?
