Read “Bottled Trouble Water” by Scott Lemanski on pp. 207-212 of Strategies for Writing Successful Research Papers; then answer the following questions. What do you make of this essay? Do you think that Lemanski makes a compelling argument? What is your response to his arguments? What do you think about the situation with bottle water in this country? What other possible factors could contribute to this discussion? For example, much has been made in the recent years about the waste produced by plastic water bottles and how recycling them is not efficient, meaning that it the process of recycling the bottles costs more than producing new bottles.
