In 2012 I was asked to help a county hospital with many financial issues. One department, among many, I was to review was the CP Department. The department had just chosen a new manager. She was a former tech. I do not recall whether she had a bachelor’s degree.
Put yourself in my shoes. Answer the following after reviewing the stats and staffing documents and use the headers as I have presented. Please note this is all of the information that I was given before I needed to do my interview with the manager!
