To this effect, you will have to discuss one well-known project for a public hotel

chain, the case of the Spanish Paradores. Paradores is a chain of

government-managed hotels that started in 1929. These hotels are usually

located in historic properties (old palaces, convents, hospitals, etc.) that have

both a cultural and economic value.

What I want you to do is go to their website (www.parador.es) and others such as

www.paradores-spain.com. Get familiarized with the type of hospitality offered by

this chain. Look into their pictures. See their offers.

Then you should come up with three reasons that would explain why this hotel

chain should be run by a governmental agency or not.
