As per the gap analysis the only failure happened was at operational and communication level.
2. Identify briefly what you would do at the following times:
3PM of the final mailing date: Will call up Fedex and enquire about the situation
4PM: Will mail University about the situation
5PM: Rush to the nearby mail centre to deliver it on time
6PM: Inform University by mailing that you have mailed the required documents.

I will make Fedex responsible for the event and take the matter to higher authorities.

I will deliver my work before hand and not wait till last minute courier to do it.

Why the university got the slip backdated and why fedex did that. It is ethically and morally
wrong. I would come out with the truth in the open.
