topic is child welfare in human services profession.   perhaps along the lines of foster care reform.

1.  tell why I chose the topic of child welfare with foster care reform, including at least 3 references. For this assignment, include both a title page and a reference list in current APA format. 

2.  I will complete the title page.  Just need reference page and body.
