Consider the importance of creating meaningful tasks/activities to promote goal-reaching in our lesson designs.  Using the examples in our text as well as the idea-provoking TED video, Emily Pilloton: Teaching Design for Change (http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/emily_pilloton_teaching_design_for_change.html) about creative teaching/planning, describe a “challenge” and detail a specific type of task you would place in your lesson to meet the challenge and support your goals.
