Throughout this course, you will be asked to reflect on various aspects effective leadership in your industry and record your thoughts in a journal. Share examples from your own work experience (current or recent past) and industry that demonstrate how these topics—the “flatteners”, the “triple convergence” and the New World of Work—have led to the demise of “command and control” in organizations and to an environment of collaboration, empowerment, and innovation.
