Civil rights can be violated in any number of ways, including discrimination in providing public services, voting fraud, and violations of individual liberties. Describe what you would do if you discovered someone violating someone else's civil rights. Assume that you are in a position of power over the violator. Assess how you, as a public administrator, can uphold the highest ethical standards and integrity when faced with rules, regulations, protocols, or actions of your superiors that appear to violate civil rights. Remember to use at least three peer-reviewed sources other than the text and cite all sources appropriately.
