1. Discuss three (3) factors that led you to choose your scenario

The main idea that led me to choose this scenario is because it speculates and enlightens different people who have different desires in life. Every program that is developed should entail activity engaging in all aspects. To make sure that these activities run in a more efficient form there must be a link. In addition to this, a link may be of any form as long as it brings out the message to the people who have different desires in their life. In this case, Social media is a strategy that creates a link between Parker Community Career Centre (PCCC) and adult who have different desires.

To begin with, the Professional social media program is a server that will develop the mutual relationship between PCCC and the new clients introduced at Park Community. Hence, the professional experience is determined on what basis the program will focus on and how it will deliver the information to the new clients in the community. Therefore, to enhance a successive and well-understood program to the new clients, there ought to be different ideas based on their field of experience. The second factor is the social media program, which must be simple to understand and flexible (Barger, 2012).

In this case, it is easy to focus on new clients since the program has elements structured out to guide the user hence enhancing transparency in the forum. Advising different people in the different area of specialization may make PCCC not to be a position to handle all people. The third factor is that the PCCC ought to apply for this program mainly because it will enhance people to be directed in different areas that they may be served hence time and identification of people is easier. By deciding to conduct an assessment form, identifying people, purpose, logistics, techniques, collection of data, and analyzing of data clearly shows that there is a procedure that ought to be followed. This is some of the factors derives out the desire of application of the Social media to meet career goals in a more reliable way and professional manner.

2. Explain how you will use what you learned from these articles to develop your program

An adult learner is a person who is not aged yet he is still partaking his studies in a different form. Also, an adult learner is mainly a person who is above the student limit age; that is 20 years and above. Several factors can be learned from adult learners, which can be useful to the program. To begin with, Adult learners should be internally motivated such that they can have a follow up of the program structural element. This means that the program should not force the adults in carrying out certain activities while conducting the learning process. It is, therefore, advisable for the program to incorporate internally motivated aspect that will bring good result (Knowles, Holton, & Swanson, 2014).

Another aspect learned in the articles is that the program should entail a suitable plan and content that will exhibit adult desire to learn. By saying so an adult should be in a position to have the desire to know something or do something that is new on the program. Since adult learners are in the process of being, molded to be great and attain their goals in the future. In such a way that the program frame work should be transparent in adults that are accessing it and using it.

Finally, the program should have a structure that will enhance self-direction in the process of learning. This means that the program will eradicate congestion and miss-management of learning since every adult is focused on making his career goals better. As a result, the learner can be in a position to have a flexible follower up of events that occur in the institution. This is the basic concept that would help in developing the program since the application of different scenario by adult learner make the program flexible and easy to understand.

3. Discuss two (2) methods that you will employ to create support for your program from internal or external stakeholders.

Employing new methods in program makes it more flexible for an internal and external stakeholder to understand and attain good services from your program. I would employ new methods in a program to facilitate and enhance any miss conception that may occur or have occurred while serving my people. In addition, improving or making changes will help the stakeholder to have a better service, which will make him happier. The program aim is to ensure that it offers a better follow up of different events that are taking place in the PCCC.

The first method I would employ in making my program to create a good support to the people that I am serving either internally or externally is making sure that there is a flexible communication forum as stated by Curlee, & Gordon, (2014). This will eradicate any miss understanding between the two parties that are involved in the scenario. As a result, employing techniques that are accessible by every stockholder that is using the program will offer better service to them either internally or externally. By doing so they can have a good follow up and a good track of event as scheduled since I will inform them in a transparent way, which is quick.

The second method that I would employ is keeping track of the record that the stakeholder who are using the program. This enlightens people on how to interact among themselves since they end up knowing the description of each individual. As a result, the program can offer a better service either internally or externally. In conclusion, an effective program mainly entails good structural element that will guide the users on what he is expecting.
