You have been tasked, by the head of your organization, to write a policy brief in regard to developing a formalized, written policy with regard to conducting interviews.  The organizational head will utilize your brief in meetings with senior management to explore the option of such an undertaking.  

Your single-spaced brief should be no more than one page and no less than three-quarters of a page.
