There are a number of different approaches or styles to leadership and management that are based on different assumptions and theories. The style that individuals use will be based on their beliefs, values and preferences, as well as the organizational, culture and norms which will encourage some styles and discourage others.   

· Prepare no minimum than a 3 page paper, as a healthcare leader, on the leadership style you think you possess, your beliefs, values and preferences, as if you worked in a hospital, and explain what theory your leadership style derived from and compare your style to that of a famous leader.   

This paper should be in APA format, using Times Roman font, 12 point font, double space, and include a cover page and reference page.
