Writing a problem

3 to 4 pages excluding title and abstract.

The first step in the scientific method is to identify a viable research problem or need.

 a) Identify a research problem/ need,

1. b) present some background or prior research that has been conducted on the problem/need,
2. c) discuss the feasibility of developing this problem into a research study, and
3. d) identify the individuals who would most benefit from this study
