Wk 3 Term Paper Problem Statement

See attached "Problem Statement" assignment that I submitted last week to my professor.  I have to elaborate more in the attached document and provide additional references.

The professor's specific comments on my assignment were as follows: 

"How you plan to research/address the topic is still a little unclear. The issue as stated is still very broad.  I would strongly suggest that you narrow the issue down to more specifics".
