Week Discussion

Describe the components of an effective Crisis Management Plan, and the methods you would use to ensure all stakeholders are engaged in developing the plan, and how media and communications play integral roles in the process. 

Please discuss the collaboration and results of the group exercise.  Do you have any questions or concerns that you want to discuss with the class?  What do you feel are the best practices, lessons learned and what efforts and specific plans need to be in place to assist in the prevention, deterrence, and response efforts to a lone activist terror shooter.
