Labor Relations

Write a 4-5 page paper answering the following questions:

• What are the benefits of retaining qualified employees?
• Explain the benefits of unionizing
• How is labor relations used to establish an effective and efficient relationships between employees, union representatives and the organization?
• How do layoffs affect the workforce?

Paper must include a cover page, abstract and 3-4 reference. Do not use Wikipedia
