Lesson Plan Assignment Instructions

Video instructions that accompany these written instructions are available under the Module 7 Watch Items. Be sure to include the revised edition of Parts 1–5 in your submission.

Overview

With the single course syllabus in mind from last module, and the course chart developed in Module 6: Week 6, it is time to choose one module: week from this course to develop more fully.

Instructions

For this portion of your Curriculum Design Project, you need to design a module chart based on one module: week from your chosen course for which you built a syllabus.

1. Find the example below and discover how the critical features of a module/lesson plan.

A. Module: Week Number (From which module: week of your 8 or 16 are you developing a lesson plan?)

Module Title

The Connection between Disciple and Leader

 

 

Module Overview

In this module/week, you will examine the importance of disciple-making leaders and how to develop Great Commission leaders. The natural progression from seeker to disciple, from disciple to leader, and from leader to disciple-maker will also be explored.

 

 

Module Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this module, you will be able to:

Discuss the roles of the disciple, leader, and equipper and how they relate to each other.

Identify what it means to be a Great Commission leader.

Evaluate overall church health and disciple making receptivity.
