After completing this week’s required learning activities, what recommendations would you make to ensure that a policy issue paper includes all necessary information and how would you modify an issue paper to turn it into a policy memorandum? What factors must be considered in using information for a policy analysis and how does policy analysis fit into the policy-making process?
