There are four basic budgeting systems, each with its own pros and cons.

The four types are:

1. Static Budgeting

2. ZeroBased Budgeting

3. Flexible Budgeting

4. The Rolling Budget

Describe the theory behind each method, the pros and cons, and what

method is best for your current or previous organization.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages.

References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources. You may use an

example from your work as long as you can also reference the example to

the articles.

Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas

and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and

insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly
