Details from each case can be found on the Supreme Court Opinions page. Include a timeline of the appeals process, and describe the facts of the appeal and the outcome at each stage. How did the outcome change as process unfolded? Tennessee v. Garner (1985) Maryland v. Kulbicki (2015) Ohio v. Clark (2015) Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed: I. Timeline: Create a timeline of the appeals process. II. Facts: Describe the facts of the appeals. III. Outcome: Explain the outcome at each stage. IV.
