Increasingly, employee teams involve collaboration with people working in different business locations or from their homes. In this week's DQ, you will discuss the challenges remote and hybrid teams face and explore how team leaders can be effective in managing those issues. 

Describe an experience of working in a remote or hybrid team that you have had in the workplace. If you have not experienced this, describe a remote or hybrid team that you have heard about from a colleague or friend.
