WEEK 3: MINIMUM SECURITY STANDARDS

 A few years ago Congress passed the Cybersecurity Act of 2015, which allows for information sharing between the federal government and the private sector, monitoring for cybersecurity purposes, and better cybersecurity protections at the federal government.  Attached here is a 13-page document that summarizes the legislation and provides some history around it.  What do you see as the advantages and disadvantages of having this piece of legislation in place?
