For this assignment, you will create a case study report on the following case from your textbook:

Anucha Browne Sanders v. Madison Square Garden, L.P., Isiah Thomas, and James L. Dolan (2006) – p. 51

Analyze the case, and then present it. Organize your case study by using the following four sub-headings:

· Facts

· Issues

· Holdings

· Reasoning

Then, answer questions 2-17, 18, 19, and 20, following the case on page 51.

Be sure to utilize your own outside research on this case. Determine if there are any major lessons to learn from these cases. Discuss how these situations could have been avoided and how you, as an athletic administrator, would prevent a situation like this.
