This week's focus is on examining different leadership models, theories, and frameworks. Engage in a conversation with your course community by addressing one of the following questions:

• What qualities do you believe make a leader impactful, and who is the most influential leader you've encountered in your life? Share an experience that describes the ways they influenced your life.
• Identify a historical or contemporary leader who embodies your preferred leadership style. What specific actions or behaviors make them effective in your opinion?
