Web Application Using Java

Hello 

I want a web application that can support big data performance analytics by measuring airline performance the application should masure the data that are store in https://www.transtats.bts.gov/DL_SelectFields.asp?Table_ID=236&DB_Short_Name=On-Time for previous year. The system should have 4 different function, first the system should check the performance of each flight by selecting the airline, user can select a flight number to check the perfomance of a specific flight during the year. The application should also be able to figure the worst airline and what is the most reasons of delay for a specific airline.
