Warehouse Design

We have been learning about inventory control decisions within warehouse operations and now must draw upon that knowledge. Answer the following questions and submit a warehouse layout with details supporting your answer.

1. Identify a manufacturing firm and explain the product characteristics of raw materials, component parts, and finished goods likely stored by that firm. Explain how those product characteristics can impact inventory control decisions in warehouse operations. 
2. Provide a warehouse layout (submitted as an image within the written document) and an explanation of the factors that you considered when you chose the layout design for the manufacturing firm that you chose. 

This must include at least three scholarly sources and be 2 pages in length.
