Write a research paper between 10-12 pages in length.  You will be researching tax options to solve at least 3 issues for a company of your choice.  You should make sure that at least 1 of these issues is related to a tax issue pertaining to being located in multijurisdictions.  You will be performing research using current literature and tax research software that you learned in this class and then communicating your findings based on applicable tax laws including ethical standards in a tax practice.   You can use File Memo format as a guide but will need to expand on it significantly for this paper. Remember to use the proper legal citations
