 want you to pic something from  the US government, it's a broad topic because I don't want to dictate your  interest, and tell me about it's policy, perception, etc...  And example could be the speed limit. The policy is the speed limit but why does it exist. All, what's the perception of it with the populace, and is there a need to change it? Does the perception of that the policy is match the actual policy? Etc...
