For this assignment, you will create a paper of 2–3 pages that will identify the roles and responsibilities of human service professionals based on the their unique strengths and attributes. Identify the personal area that reflects your strengths based on the self-assessment. What human services roles are revealed based on your self-assessment? What are your areas of weakness? Develop a plan to address your weaknesses.
