Assignment 2 (50 Points) Prompt: Using the Six Syllable type chart, categorize the following words within their most appropriate syllable type. Syllabicate, or separate the word into syllables, when appropriate. Justify why that word belongs in that category. In your justification, please remember that you will be teaching these concepts to elementary-aged students. The words to categorize are: bubble, mom, turnip, my, green, mean, star, thirst, bottle, and these. Requirements: Upload as a Word document to Canvas. You should be uploading the chart with the words added to the appropriate column and a separate page that includes the explanation/justification of why each word fits with the appropriate syllable type. Writing assignments must be APA compliant and include a title page, appropriate citations, and references.
