My Clinical question: which investigates the effectiveness of Emergency Department Information Systems (EDIS) in reducing ED wait time and overcrowding compared to a manual approach. 

The PICOT question is “For emergency department (ED) patients (P), does implementing emergency department information system (EDIS) (I), compared to day-to-day manual approach (C), reduce ED wait time, and overcrowing (O), within three months.
