Directions

Locate a current article (within the last 2 years) from a  professional journal (such as Harvard Business Review, Wall Street  Journal, etc) that deals with a topic from this week’s chapters: Chapter 5: Business and the Constitution or Chapter 6: Administrative Law. Choose only one.

Brief  the article and attach it to the post (do not copy and paste the entire  article into discussion).

In law, to "brief" an article or topic is to provide a legal  analysis.  So, for the article, explain the issue and explore its  importance, both as a matter of law and to a manager.
