Organization Assignment

The organization the report will be on is IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group)

Directions:Write a 4-5-page report on an organization. The report should focus on the management of the organization.

Required items that must be included in your report are:

• Mission statement
• Organization structure (chart or description) 
• Decision making process
• Human Resource practices (perks, incentives, hiring procedures etc.)
• Social Responsibilities

The list of citations/references must be in APA format.
The body of the report should contain between 1,000 and 1,500 words, this is the equivalent of 4 – 5 double spaced pages with standard margins and 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font.
