Your client Sarah has asked for guidance with preparing nutritious meals. She is 15 weeks gestation with a singleton pregnancy. Her BMI is normal, her medical history is negative, and she does not have any food allergies or food aversions. 

Design Sarah a meal that meets the recommended guidelines for pregnant women. Include portion sizes (oz, mL, cups, etc.) and a beverage. You can choose breakfast, lunch, or supper.

Next, create a visual display of your recommended meal. Choose the pictures from the MyPlate.gov website.

Click on ‘Eat Healthy’ then the desired category. Create snippets to paste to the plate below. Snippets can easily be created by both Windows and Mac users. A snippet will look like this:
