Once again, you will further analyze Publix's current condition* this week, but this time you will consult Chapters 10–11 in Hitt et al. (2017). As before, consult credible external sources to supply information on the company’s current strategic positioning.

Question: Describe the structure (simple, functional, divisional) based on Chapter 11, including whether it is relatively tall (mechanistic) or flat (organic). Note any relevant strategic alliances or international features as well. 

 Remember—when analyzing your company’s current condition, refrain from making any suggestions whatsoever regarding what you think the company should do. 

 Write in complete sentences, and use APA style (7th edition)
