2) (Individual Task) Detail the Operations Section design for your response discipline.  This should describe everything below the Branch down to the Unit level (see example below).  The example only shows one group and two units.  The completed version should show all groups and units.  The operations section should be organized in a manner that both meets the incident objectives agreed upon in Task #2 and any specific responsibilities that may be described in the National Response Framework. Explain the structure of your operations section (which is fire) in a 1-2 page description. Detail how this relates to the achievement of incident objectives and response policy. (Cite them).  

3) (Individual) Complete Incident Communication Plan ICS-205.  (Assume that the assigned city (San Francisco) and the affected incident areas) have an interoperable communications system with 15 available channels numbered 1-15)
