It is not enough to simply implement your project, but you must also share. This is an integral part of the implementation process, you must disseminate the information (or share the information with the relevant stakeholders).  

For this Assignment, you will construct a Poster Presentation in which you will share with your faculty member.

The Assignment (Presentation Template)

Create a professional poster presentation that reflects your EBP project for peer review and discussion.  

The poster should reflect the key headings in the DNP Poster Guideline describing the process from practice to evidence to translation using the Johns Hopkins model and project management tools. 

Note: Make sure to use only deidentified data and not to identify the organization, the stakeholders, or the preceptor by name or title. You may put the Faculty Member’s name and credentials under acknowledgements.
