   • How might the structure of a team or department vary depending on the purpose of the organization?  
   • What efficiencies or benefits might be gained from restructuring the IT department within the same organization?  
   • Why might it not be worth changing? 
   • Create an organizational chart using Microsoft® Visio® for your group’s ideal IT department within an enterprise.
