Strategic Management: Case Study Analysis

I just need one page or so written out discussing and analyzing the Publix Supermarket case study that I attached. I also attached the rubrics for the assignment. I need situation analysis(external) using Porter’s Five Forces, situation analysis(internal), SWOT analysis, etc.(it is on the rubrics). Again, it doesn't have be 2 or 3 pages long. Just a 1 or 1.5 page answer would be fine to get me going in the right direction. Thanks in advance for the help!
