Step 8

What did you find the most exciting and useful in step 8, “Prioritizing Tactics and Resources?”  Please be informative and detail oriented when responding to the discussion board. What was your overall view of this weeks step, and do you see a correlation with this step and your project?

• For example, in step eight the authors discuss tools to help you define the resources your tactics demand and determine when those resources will be needed to deliver your tactics.
• What is your understanding of what the authors are telling us in this step? Do you feel this step applies to your planning strategy?
