Statement Analysis

 Kennedy's Chappaquiddick statement.  I want you to perform the following analysis on it - Find the Prologue, Central Issue, and Epilogue and determine if the document is deceptive as to form or not.   Calculate the MLU for the document and the standard deviation.  For each sentence decide whether or not it is deceptive on its face because it is significantly above or below the MLU.
