1. Conduct a chi-square test from Chapter 11 in Excel with an example dataset; include table of observed vs expected. 

Excel Directions: 

1. Chi-Square: 
   1. Build observed counts table. 
   2. Calculate expected counts: = (row_total * col_total) / grand_total. 
   3. Compute (Observed – Expected)² / Expected in each cell and sum => chi-square statistic. 
   4. Use =CHISQ.DIST.RT(chi_square_stat, df) to compute p-value.
