 Reorganize your questions to have the similar questions grouped together. For example, if you are asking about active versus retired military service then separate the questions into questions about retired military and questions about active duty (even if they are retired when interviewed). Or if you are asking about people’s rights, you need to identify the rights and ask questions about each while keeping those questions close to each other. The order must make logical sense.
